Spanish Immersion Classes 4-8 years

Immersion classes offer extended classes designed to foster increased learning and language retention. Children will enjoy varied activities including a music & movement musical component, crafting, storytime, and more. Parents receive a copy of the seasonal music written and recorded by ABC Spanish in Motion for use during the music and movement class component. The songs on the CD are very popular with little ones and provide a wonderful opportunity to re-explore themes and words introduced in class and improve vocabulary retention. Immersion classes are drop-off classes. Younger children must be potty-trained. A completed registration form must be delivered by the first day of class, and be sure to leave any special items your child may need (inhalers, etc.). In the case of classes three or more hours in length, children are limited to attending one class per week (per Mass. EEC Regulations).

La clase de dos horas es una clase de inmersión en español para niños de entre 4 a 8 años. La clase se maneja como si los estudiantes estuvieran en una pequeña sesión de campamento, con todas las reglas de un salón de clase.
La clase inicia con la música tradicional del programa ABC por 40 minutos.
Seguida por música de transición para mandar a los estudiantes al baño. Canción de lava tus manos.

Después de que los niños regresan con sus loncheras para comer el almuerzo, se platica delalmuerzo en español. De lo que están comiendo.

  • Policies and Details

    Payment & Registration: Enrollment requires both a completed registration form and payment received by ABC Spanish in Motion. You may pay online at www.ABCSpanishInMotion.com or by mailing a check (payable to ABC Spanish in Motion) to our address below. If for any reason you need to register on the first day of class please notify us by calling (617) 676-7680, but the space is not guaranteed until payment is received in full. The session will open only with a minimum level of enrollment. Refunds: If a session is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be issued. A partial refund less a $50 enrollment fee may be issued only if written notice is given before the session starts. There will be no refunds once the session begins. Missed classes will not be refunded. Class Cancellation: We will follow the Boston public school schedule for holidays and school vacations. ABC Spanish in Motion may cancel class due to school closings or circumstances that are beyond our control (weather, staff illness, accidents, etc). We will post any cancellations on our website and will notify you by phone and/or email. Make-up Classes: Children are expected to attend class on their scheduled day. A missed class may be made up by attending another class, with prior approval. Canceled classes will be rescheduled for the week following the last week of the session. Drop-ins and Guests: Guests are always welcome. Guests are welcome to attend one class free of charge, unless otherwise specified. Additional visits are considered drop-ins and are permitted only if space allows. The drop-in fee is $35, and up to three 3 drop-ins are permitted per session. Responsibilities: Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Parents and caregivers are responsible for addressing any disruptive behavior by their children.
